Our History
Since our beginning in 1990 Paul Taylor is the President and Sheree Taylor is the Vice President of Consolidated Landscape Maintenance, Inc. Two very important goals for us: the first is to provide exceptional landscape services to our customers and second to be a viable company to better serve our customers and employees.
We both look to our grandparents and parents as the roots of life that guide us and are the foundation upon which we grow. The roots take in the nutrients and water, passing them onto the tree and provide support while the plant is growing. We believe our family foundation gives us the strength to make our way successfully in the world as well. We are filled with gratitude for the gifts that our parents and grandparents have passed onto us: love and affection, our strong work ethic, our physical being and special talents.
We truly stand on the shoulders of our ancestors and our way to honor them is to pass their best qualities onto the next generation and to be grateful for a heritage that is uniquely ours.
Sheree’s family and relatives moved, lived and worked in the Pacific Northwest before Washington was a state. She maintains a strong sense of independence and the pioneer spirit drives her daily actions.
A little about Paul
“My family has lived in the Seattle area since 1905 and I have FOUR generations behind me of living the entrepreneurial spirit, going back to my great grandfather. The Consolidated name was first used in 1929 by my father. His company was Consolidated Fuel and Heating. Sheree and I used it again in 1990 when we started Consolidated Landscape Maintenance, Inc. We have grown over the years to be large enough to serve many properties in the Snohomish and King County area while still knowing all of our customers.”
A little about Sheree
“From my family tree I can trace many colorful leaves, going back to 1856 when my relatives left Wisconsin and made the arduous journey on the Oregon Trail to Walla Walla. My relatives moved, lived and worked in the Pacific Northwest 33 years before Washington was a state. I am proud of my heritage and maintain a strong sense of independence and the pioneer spirit drives my daily actions. I am very happy that another homegrown generation is working with Consolidated Landscape.”
A little about Wesley
Our son, Wesley, grew up working with us in the family business. After graduating from Gonzaga University Wesley has continued working with us. He started as a teenager, doing the weekend cleaning and maintenance on equipment on the weekends. Now he is the general manager!

Consolidated Landscape Currently
We now employ an experienced team of professionals that work with you from design through installation and maintenance. Consolidated Landscape is large enough to offer the latest techniques and equipment, but small enough to promise that every customer is our highest priority.
We provide the highest degree of service to commercial clients, residential home owners, homeowner associations, Fortune 500 companies, shopping centers, malls and multi-unit sites. Regardless of the size of the project – from commercial to residential – our ultimate goal is to perform every job in a timely, consistent manner with foremost consideration given to the total appearance of the landscaped areas.
